“Result #1 – The Act10n Mobile App”

Result 1: The ACT10N Mobile App
The App includes a pool of 10-minute exercises for team building, aimed at HORECA staff and managers. These exercises allow multicultural staff teams in hospitality organisations to get together once a day for 10 minutes, to engage with each other, discuss targets, and review organisation ‘missions’ and ‘vision’ while building personal and supportive relationships.
The App generates exercises based on user needs and can produce printable handouts. It eliminates the need for costly or time-consuming training, replacing it with short, daily team practices inspired by nano-learning.

 

“Result #2 –  Act10n Culture Shift Guide”

The ACT10N Culture Shift Guide is the second key output of the project — a practical, comprehensive manual for managers, trainers, and VET educators in the European HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).

Its purpose is to help organisations implement long-term cultural transformation, grounded in European values such as respect, inclusion, solidarity, and equality.

Where the ACT10N App delivers daily practice,
the Culture Shift Guide provides the knowledge, structure, and method behind it.

Together, they form a complete ecosystem for change — theory + action.

“Result #3 –  Dissemination, Engagement & Culture Shift Implementation 

Result 3 represents the real-world application of the ACT10N approach.
Once the App and Culture Shift Guide are developed, the project moves into testing, dissemination, and integrationacross European HORECA companies and training institutions.

This result transforms ACT10N from a project into a movement — spreading its tools, values, and impact across Europe.
